She has been an Assistant Cub Master since 2001, Milford Ethics Committee Chair since 2008 and continues as an active volunteer in her church. Previously, Anne was involved in the Women's Lobby Council and the Children's Connection. Anne is committed to the merger and sees the need for the new Board to be very forward thinking. There are different strengths within each legacy Council to be applied in the new Council.

Barbara Goulette
Barbara hopes to assist in the process of forming a Council that is considered outstanding in all forms of measurement by its own standards and those of GSUSA. She began her 50+ year love of horses and riding as a Girl Scout in Dearborn, MI. Barbara started Girl Scouts again as an adult after college as a leader, Service Unit Chair, Vermont Board member, Service Unit Cookie Chair as well as other volunteer positions before, during and after her daughter’s participation in Scouting. She is the Chief Financial Officer of one Vermont business and President of a second one that just received a WBE certification. Barb has 2 young granddaughters and is hoping they will be “Green” and Equestrians.

Linda Ingold
Linda Ingold holds a Sociology/Social Work degree from the Illinois State University and has obtained a certification in Non-Profit Management from Woodbury College. She is currently the Director of the Vermont Women’s Business Center and has worked as a director of community health improvement. Also, Linda has worked professionally for two Girl Scout Councils in Massachusetts and Texas. Linda writes that she wants to advance the Girl Scout mission and formulate the structure so that others can do the same. She sincerely wants to volunteer her time to make the new Council grow. By using her other volunteer experience in Home Health Hospice and adult basic education, she is looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to the new Board.

Carol described herself as "optimistic and excited" and a careful listener who bridges differences and builds trust.

Denise Vaillancourt
This is the first Girl Scout Board position for Denise Vaillancourt. Her management and staff positions have given her extensive experience working with other boards. Throughout her professional career, she has held a variety of financial positions and is currently the Vice-President for Finance for the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests.  When she learned of the opportunity to be on the new Council’s board, she jumped at the chance.
