Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains Board of Directors

The corporate Board of Directors is made up of elected volunteers who are responsible for the governance of the Council and stewardship of its assets. The Board is empowered to act on behalf of the membership within the framework of the Council's Bylaws. The Board is legally, ethically and morally responsible for performing its functions and does so as a group at regularly scheduled meetings. The Board is responsible to Girl Scouts of the USA for compliance with charter requirements and to the state and federal government for compliance with applicable legislation.
