Coordinator, Event Pathway and Special Programs

The Coordinator, Event Pathway and Special Programs, is responsible for council-wide management of the Girl Program related to the Events Pathway, Cookie Sale and for the coordination of special programs with a focus on grant funded initiatives and property rental to outside groups. He or she ensures program offerings are based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience; customized to address the needs, preferences, and interests of girls; and implemented to meet designated leadership program outcomes. He or she also develops and manages appropriate council systems, processes, resources, and infrastructure to support delivery of leadership and cross-cultural opportunities through the Events Pathway, Cookie Program and other programs. The Coordinator works in conjunction with the Director of Product Programs to ensure that the sale supports the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for all participants. Customer Data Specialist

The Customer Data Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical support tasks related to the entry, maintenance, and transmittal of council records and data pertaining to membership registration, council event registration, camp registration, adult training registration, and financial assistance. He or she accumulates statistical data and prepares reports using system protocols and procedures. The Customer Data Specialist is expected to have full knowledge of the Council’s organization as this position is required to handle routine inquiries in membership, program, camp and training registration.
