Camp Farnsworth
Thetford, VT

Farnsworth is home to our largest summer resident camp, accommodating up to 325 people. The 300-acre facility features large playing fields, a forest setting and private 50-acre lake which can be used for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and ice skating.

Facilities

Camp facilities include small cabins, platform tents and Adirondack shelters. All have beds with mattresses. Each unit has 7-8 cabins/tents and can sleep up to 32 people. All have unit shelters, outdoor fire circles, picnic tables, drinking water and toilets. Toilets may be flush, composting, or latrine. There is a central shower house. Drinking water is available May 15 - October 1st.

Additional buildings include an arts building and dining hall with kitchen that seats up to 350. The recreation building features a stage, can hold 210 people, has flush toilets, shower and kitchenette area (with a small refrigerator and microwave/convection oven). Each building may be rented separately.
