Meet the Camp Director:

Deb Taylor has been in Girl Scouts for most of her life.Today she is an elementary school teacher during the school year and a camper during the summer.
Known as “Spout” while in camp, Deb is especially focused on camper experiences and safety. Whether it’s rock climbing or aquatics, each camper gets a chance to push her boundaries while having fun and feeling the sense of community spirit unique to Girl Scout camps. Each girl grows through physical challenges, but more importantly feels the connection to nature and friends, as Deb did so many years ago.
Deb is also big on Girl Scout traditions. Girls will learn some of the songs, activities, and ceremonies passed down from campers through the years, perhaps even their own moms, grandmoms, aunts or sisters. What would Girl Scout camp be without skits, s’mores, kapers, flag, and campfire cooking? Contact Deb.
