Financial Aid

The Finacial Aid application MUST BE COMPLETE to be considered for financial aid. Funding and space are limited, so early application is recommended. Consideration for award is based on:

• financial information
• family size/dependents
• personal circumstances

Your daughter’s participation in the Girl Scout Cookie Program is important because it gives her the opportunity to help fund her own camp experience. Our goal is to provide as much financial assistance to as many girls as possible. You will be notified in writing of award as early as possible after consultation with the Financial Aid Volunteer Allocation Committee. We can provide additional help in filling out form if youhave questions, or speak with you if you are unable to send required deposit at this time. Keep in mind that your daughter will not be registered for camp without the deposit. Campership assistance will not be awarded for the required deposit.

Campership/financial aid decisions are made monthly. The first meeting will be on February 22nd.  In order to have your application reviewed for this meeting, it must be received in the Bedford Office by February 17th otherwise it will held and reviewed the following month. Financial aid is available for all girls living within our Council jurisdiction and is not dependant on prior Girl Scout participation or registration.
