Camp Twin Hills houses a pavilion, recreation fields, nature trails and plenty of sunshine and cool breezes on 300 acres. Girls participate in activities related to each week’s theme in addition to campfire cooking, singing, hikes and crafts. Campers travel one day during the week to Waterbury State Park for swimming and canoeing.

This is Tammy Hoermann's 9th year directing day camp. Tammy has been a Girl Scout volunteer for 14 years as a Leader, service unit manager and adult facilitator but day camp director is her favorite position. She works in education support during the rest of the year. In her spare time she like camping in Maine, archery, geocaching, and spending time with her family. Her goal is to provide girls with a fun and rewarding camp experience that they will remember throughout their lives.
