From the North: Route #7 South to the junction of Route #4 & Route #7 in Rutland, head on Route #4 West. Turn left on to Merchants Row and proceed past Wal-Mart Plaza. Howe Center is directly across from Ramunto's Pizza.
From the South: Route #7 north to the intersection of Route #7 and Strongs Avenue (at Dunkin Donuts and KFC) bear left at the light, just past the Party Store and across from Ramunto's Pizza is the entrance to the Howe Center.
From the West: Route #4 east to downtown Rutland. Turn right at the intersection of West Street and Merchants Row, head past the Wal-Mart Plaza. The entrance to the Howe Center is directly across from Ramunto's Pizza.
From the East: Route #4 West to the intersection of Routes 4 & 7, head on Route #4 west (West Street) until the bottom of the hill, turn left on to Merchants Row, head past the Wal-Mart Plaza. The entrance to the Howe Center is directly across from Ramunto's Pizza.
