Be A Reader Activities Project

• Each troop receives a booklet.
• Activities for troops, and girls in each grade level.
• Activities may be done throughout the year.
• Girls receive a large Be A Reader patch for their participation in Be A Reader.
• Each additional year, girls may earn a smaller embroidered bee to go with their large one.
• Both patches are available for purchase at Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountain Shop or online at www.girlscoutshopping.com.
  

What is the Be A Reader (BAR) Interactive Activities program? It is a new Interactive Activities link that is a supplement to the printed Be A Reader Activity Booklet. There are Interactive Activities that are fun for all ages as well as printable pages from the current BAR booklet.

Address Adventure Activites Project

• Activities focus on “teamwork”.
• Girls learn geography while they have fun!
• Girls receive a large globe patch for their participation in Address Adventure.
• Each additional year, girls may earn a small globe to go with their large one.
