Family Partnership Campaign

The Family Partnership Campaign is a way to raise money for Girl Scouting. This is an opportunity for Green and White Mountains families to financially invest in the future of Girl Scouts.

In the competitive arena of nonprofit funding, it is to our advantage to state that our staff, board of directors, and membership financially support us.

Why should you become a Family Partner? The same reasons your daughter should be a Girl Scout…

  1. Girl Scouting is good for your daughter! It helps her build leadership skills, learn to make decisions, and develop self-esteem. It’s not just our mission statement: Girl Scouts really does build girls of courage, cconfidence, and character.
  2. Girl Scouting is good for your town. A healthy community has active adults and children that feel valued. Girl Scouts (both adult volunteers and girls) give service to the community and become resourceful citizens.
  3. Girl Scouting is fun! The girls build friendships, learn new skills, sing songs, and love being part of a group …not just the little troop, but the whole service unit, the whole movement that we know as Girl Scouting!
  4. Girl Scouting is safe. Your daughter is covered by insurance at each activity; all adult Girl Scouts are trained and supported by professional staff. Each troop is provided with Safety-Wise, the Girl Scout book of do’s and don’ts, as well as other materials to assist in managing troop money, safety, fun, and staying connected to the council.
  5. Girl Scouting grows with your daughter. It’s a tradition that stays current with girls’ needs. All of Girl Scouting is a developmental program that builds with each level of Girl Scouting, kindergarten through 12th grade, backyard overnight camping to full weeks at any of our day or residential camps.

So I ask... will you become a Family Partner for Girl Scouts? Download our donation form. Your Family Partnership donation is fully tax-deductible. Learn more about how you can support Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains.

What matters is that many families say "Girl Scouting is important enough to me and my family that I am willing to help support it."
