Open to all girl members who will be 14 years of age or older on July 12, 2012 who are activity engaged in Girl Scouts, interested in the United Nations Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) and willing to develop skills and networks to bring about change in their community and country. Not a Girl Scout?
In order to register for programs offered in the program guide, you must be a registered Girl Scout of the USA. The cost is $12. Click here to download the application. Once filled out this can be sent to our Bedford office along with the program registration and payment.

Animal Habitats - Junior
Saturday, March 24, 20111:30-4:30 pm
$12 per person - Spend the afternoon at the Harris Center for Conservation Education exploring the great outdoors. Get ready to hone your naturalist skills as we observe animals in their natural habitats and learn about special animal adaptations. You will work on the Animal Habitats Junior Badge. Bugs - Brownie
Saturday, May 5, 20111:00-4:00 pm
$12 per person - Join a naturalist at the Harris Center for Conservation Education for an afternoon bug safari! We'll get a close up look at some interesting bugs as we explore different habitats. You will work on the Brownie Bugs Badge. Click here to download registration form.
Winter Camp - NEW SESSION ADDED
February 24-26
Friday 24th drop off at 7:00pm and then pick up 26th at 11:00am,
weekend full of winter fun, both indoors and outdoors activities GIRLS only we have a limit of 32 spots for girls, adult supervision is provided.

1/12/2012 - CD/SR/AM. Page 13 under events, the Mobile Tech Scav Hunt in Portsmouth should be on Saturday May 19th not Sunday.
1/9/2012 - Winter Games at Camp Chenoa January 21st will happen only if we have enough snow. Updates will posted.
Winter games at Twin hills January 22nd is to be rescheduled to a date to be determined.
12/13/2011 - Program Aide training is required for girls volunteering at camp and as Jump In Coaches. It is required for Cadettes and older who will be volunteering long-term with younger girl troops. It is not a prerequisite or requirement for Juniors working on the Junior Aide award or Cadettes working on the LIA (Leader in Action) award both which require assisting with a younger troop on a short term basis. 12/8/2011 - Child and Babysitting Safety, January 29, 2012, Camp Seawood, Portsmouth, NH from 1pm-6pm. Girls will be required to bring a snack and will recieve a patch for participating!

American Safety and Health Institute Basic First Aide

$20/person includes ASHI First Aide book and patch/pin
Girls will need to bring a bagged dinner

9/20/2011 New series for CD, SR, and AM. The Anime Series will be starting their 5th year! They usually meet once a month and explore different aspects of Japanese culture as related to Anime/Manga. In the past they have made kimonos for a World Thinking Day event, cooked soba and had tea, and have occasionally shown anime/movies providing a program for Newmarket Library. The highlights of the year include attending Anime Boston, one of the largest anime conventions in New England, and going to some of the smaller conventions when possible. They usually end the series with another trip to Boston that includes a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, Tokyo KId (anime/manga shop) have lunch at an asian food court, and shopping at a Japanese supermarket.New girls are always welcome!
