Valley Quest is a fun way to learn about our special places in the Upper Valley Region of Vermont and New Hampshire, whether you are looking for a treasure box or creating the adventure for others. Visit www.vitalcommunities.org/ValleyQuest/index.htm to learn more. Would your troop like to become box monitors for a Valley Quest? Valley Quest is a collection of Treasure Hunts that celebrate special places in the Upper Valley. Each Quest has a box monitor. Box monitors make sure that the treasure box is out at the beginning of Questing season – the first Saturday in May—and they bring the box in (if necessary) at the end of the season -- November 1st. And during the Valley Quest season, box monitors check on their treasure boxes every 4 to 6 weeks to make sure they have the supplies they need in them and that they are in the correct spot. We have quite a few treasure boxes in Woodstock, Vermont that are in need of monitors. Please contact Laura at laura@vitalcommunities.org or call (802)291-9100 x107 if your troop is interested. It is a really fun and rewarding thing to do!
