Register Online for Program Events

Welcome to E-Council, our web-based database system that allows you to register troops (YOU MUST USE YOUR FIVE DIGIT TROOP NUMBER; not entering your five digit troop number will cause the registration to be rejected, resulting in delays to the processing of your registration) or individuals for program events. Your registration will be seen immediately by Council Registrars and processed ASAP during normal business hours. Registrations via this site must be paid in full with a credit card. If you are using Cookie Dough to pay for girls' fees (either troop or individual), do not submit a registration electronically through this website.

Please read Program Registration Guidelines before registering. You need to have pop-up blockers disabled for this site to work properly. Additional system requirements and suggestions for your computer may be found here.

Click the "Click Here to Register" button to be taken to the E-Council website.

Next, below "Select a Registration Type", click the "Program Event" link. A calendar page will open.

Choose a month at the top of the screen and click "GO."
Click on the event name. The color of the type indicates the status of the event. Check the legend in the upper left hand corner of the screen for an explanation.
Click on the event you wish to register for.

Then, below "Select a Program Event Registration Type", click on either "Troop" or" Individual".

Complete the registration window that appears.
Troops must use their five digit troop number; not entering the five digit troop number will cause the registration to be rejected, resulting in delays to the processing of your registration.
Pay for the event with a credit card. DO NOT put a dollar sign($) in the payment field. This site has been secured through Verisign.

If you want to know if spaces are available in specific programs, click the "Click Here to Register" button". Then select "Program Event" to go to the Program Calendar.

Please note:

• If you are registering for more than one event, you will need to complete the online registration process for each one separately.

• All events that have a fee are required to be paid in full at the time of registration. If you are using Cookie Dough to pay for girls' fees (either troop or individual), do not submit a registration electronically through this web site. Registrations that include Cookie Dough toward payment must be submitted with a paper registration and mailed to Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832. Online credit card payments are processed via a secure web site using Verisign.

If you don't want to pay by credit card and wish to pay via check, you should not use the online site. You will need to submit a paper registration and mail with full payment to Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832.

• Once your registration has been submitted you will see a pop-up window that tells you “Your registration has been received.” This means that your registration has been submitted; it does not mean you are automatically confirmed for the event. A confirmation with directions will be sent after full payment has been received, your registration has been processed and the minimum number has been met. If you do not see the "registration received" screen, your registration may not have been submitted. Please try to submit your registration again.

• If you opt to receive correspondence via e-mail, you need to make sure that info@girlscoutsgwm.org is on your approved e-mail address list, otherwise, your confirmation may not be delivered. Confirmations via e-mail will be an MS Word attachment. If you do not have MS Word on your computer, you can download a free copy of Word Viewer here. (Please note: Word Viewer will not work on Windows 98 systems.)
