To view a calendar of our current courses and / or register on-line for a workshop, click on the "purple button" to the right.

Welcome to E-Council, our web-based database system that shows our workshop calendar and allows your registration to be seen immediately by Council Registrars and processed ASAP.

  • Click the purple "Click Here to Register" button above to be taken to the E-Council screens.
  • Click on the "Adult Training" link to be taken to the calendar page.
  • Choose a month at the top of the screen and click "GO".
  • Click on the course name. The color of the type indicates the status of the course. Check the legend in the upper left hand corner of the screen for an explanation.
  • Complete the registration window that appears and click the green "submit registration form"
    You must click "continue to next step" on the next screen or your registration will not be submitted
  • Once your registration has been submitted you will see a pop-up window that tells you “Congratulations! Your registration has been received”. This means that your registration has been submitted; it does not mean you are automatically in the event/course. A confirmation with directions will be sent after your registration has been processed.

Please note:

  • Volunteer application process, including  criminal background check, must be completed before meeting with girls.  While paperwork is being processed you may attend Volunteer Essentials, Leadership Essentials, and Troop Essentials.
  • Pre registration is required for all courses. If you are registering for more than one course, you will need to complete the online registration process for each one separately.
  • Courses close one business day before the course is scheduled to give facilitators time to prepare.

  • If you opt to receive correspondence via e-mail, you need to make sure that info@girlscoutsgwm.org is on your approved email address list, or your confirmation may not be delivered. Confirmations sent via email will be an MS Word attachment. If you do not have Word on your computer, you can download a free copy of Word Viewer here. (Please note: Word Viewer will not work on Windows 98 systems)
  • If a course has a fee it must be paid in full at the time of registration. Credit cards are processed via a secure web site using Verisign. If you don't want to pay by credit card, please print this form and mail with check to: Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832.
  • If you cannot make any of the scheduled courses you may call 1-888-474-9686 or email training@girlscoutsgwm.org to ask to be put on a wait list. The wait list is used to determine where future courses should be held; people on the wait list are contacted when new courses are scheduled in your region.
