Important Dates

February 26-April 3
Girls deliver initial order cookies and collect money. Make frequent deposits into your troop account in preparation of the ACH sweep for payment of cookie proceeds due to GSGWM.

ACH Sweeps

Sweep 1: Friday, March 11, 2016
(Alerts Due in Bedford - Tuesday, March 8, 2016 by 1pm.)

Sweep 2: Friday, March 25, 2016
(Alerts Due in Bedford - Tuesday, March 22, 2016 by 1 pm.)

Sweep 3: Friday, April 15, 2016
(Alerts Due in Bedford - Tuesday, April 12, 2016 by 1pm.)

April 4 - last day cupboards are open for returns.

April 7
All final troop-level eBudde input is finished.  In order to compile Cookie Dough and to order girl rewards, girls' credit toward reward are complete by April 3 (all troop inventory should be credited to the girls by this date)

By April 11
Troop finalizes all entries into eBudde for Community Product Sales Coordinators to review and assure all rewards are submitted.

Troop Proceeds

  • $0.55 per package for 1-135 Per Girl Average (PGA) packages sold.
  • $0.65 per package for 136+ PGA.
  • $0.05 additional per package for older girl troops who opt out before Feb. 5.

Note: only the selling girls will factor into the per girl average. If a girl has been transferred from the troop or has zero sales, she will not affect the PGA.
