Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains
1 Commerce Dr., Bedford, NH, 03110
Just imagine how good you’ll feel when you shake off stress with a dance or just take time for yourself. Girls in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to create a special care kit with their own fidget toys, make a sugar scrub, get moving with a dance and stretch activity, and make an aromatherapy dough. This day of soothing fun gives girls an opportunity to learn about handling stress and anxiety in real-life ways.
Not only that, the Build-A-Bear Workshop will be open during the program for anyone who would like to make their own bear buddy to hug!
This event is open to Girl Scouts, nonmembers, and friends of Girl Scouts in K-5. Join in and see what Girl Scouts has to offer!
