If you’re in sixth grade or older, you can travel independently and meet Girl Scouts from around the world on Girl Scout Destinations.
GET DETAILSThese council trips are organized by internationally recognized tour companies and chaperoned by GSGWM staff and volunteers. Any registered Girl Scout who is over the age of 14 at the time of the trip may register for these amazing trips. Adults interested in applying to chaperone any of our council trips may apply for a trip through council. Both individual girls and troops may register.
Seniors and Ambassadors join us on this epic adventure to Iceland with EF Tours! Take advantage of round-the-clock daylight during the summer in this otherworldly place of dramatic beauty. Revel in the geothermal wonders of Iceland—Blue Lagoon hot springs, volcanic craters and subarctic fauna. From the capital Reykjavik you will travel the popular Golden Circle and see Gullfoss waterfall and the Geysir geothermal area. From there, continue on to the famous black-sand beaches of Vik and the Lava Centre in Hvolsvöllur.
Participants must register with EF Tours and pay a Council Service Fee to hold their spot in the tour.
