Managing your troop's fall product program is simple with the M2 online system. You can view progress reports, see your Girl Scout's progress toward goals, obtain delivery ticket when it's time to distribute product and more.
See how everything is at your fingertips from the M2 Dashboard.
To start your troop in the Fall Product program, you will launch an email to the troop members through the M2 system. It can be set prior to the start of the sale, then on Day 1 your families will receive this email, giving them access to the system and the ability to start their sale.
Parents will assist their Girl Scout in entering their paper order card orders. Remember, all online sales will be added automatically by the M2 system. If a Girl Scout needs assistance entering her paper order card items, leaders will have access to edit orders after October 13, through the end of the sale.
Delivery tickets will not be visible on the Troop Dashboard until after the council has submitted the entire order. At that point, troops can click on the Delivery Ticket link, and sort for either a troop ticket to see the product you will receive from your community or print a ticket for each Girl Scout to know what to distribute to them.
Remember the quantities you receive will be to the unit- not rounded up to a full case.
A reminder - you will count and sign for your troop's product from the community. In turn, count what you distribute to each family and be sure they sign for the product they receive. Retain those signed slips. (either on a receipt pad or use the delivery ticket for signatues)
