Girl Scouts are always Ready to Explore! Think about the fun activities you and your troop have ahead and how the 2026-2027 Fall Product Program can help make them happen! The program begins October 1 and ends on October 25, and it promises to be a super fun way to "hop in" to your Girl Scout year ahead!

Girl Scouts can offer their customers an assortment of 19 premium nuts, chocolates, and candies to deliver in-person or customers may choose shipping.

NEW THIS SEASON!!

Added to available online products will be candles and personalized stationery items - all to arrive in plenty of time for holiday gift giving.

Plus, more online exclusives include additional nut and chocolate options, new or renewed subscriptions to favorite magazines, Tervis products, pet treats from BarkBox, all shipped directly to the customer.

Our vendor is proud to share that all boxed and tin chocolate products offered to Girl Scouts will be made using only cocoa sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Complete your 2026-2027 membership registration - REGISTER HERE
Be sure you have completed the 2026-2027 troop annual permission slip.
Discuss and plan with your troop your troop goals and pick up your in-person order card.
Visit gsnutsandmags.com/gsgwm (the M2 login) and click register to begin your program virtually. You can participate by taking orders in person, online, or both!

Customize your online site and start sending emails from your site to friends and family. They can then support your troop from the link in your email.

Troop Resources

Troop Volunteers have resources to help them provide assistance and support to their Girl Scouts during the sale. Check out these resources and quick how-to videos to encourage and assist their troop.

Troop Product Position Agreement - please review and sign. Notify your service unit CPSC that this is complete.
Fall Product Program Troop Checklist - this is also found on your troop envelope.
M2 Media Customer Care can be reached at support.gsnutsandmags.com or calling 800-372-8520. Contact them for magazine inquiries or inquiries about personalized patches.
Volunteers will have access to the M2 online site on September 21, 2026. Girl Scouts and families will have access October 1.
Caregivers will enter orders into their Girl Scout's account in M2.
Program concludes October 25. Troops can make last changes by October 26.
Orders arrive to service units between November 13-14. Distribute to Girl Scouts for delivery to customers. Collect and deposit any payments to your troop bank account.
ACH Sweep is December 4, 2026. Proceeds remain in your troop bank account.

Quick Tip - Assist Girl Scouts Entering Orders toggle arrow

Parents will assist their Girl Scout in entering their paper order card orders into their online Fall Product site. Remember, all online sales will be added automatically by the system.

If a Girl Scout needs assistance entering her paper order card items, leaders will have access to edit orders after October 9, 2026 through the end of the sale.

Quick Tip - How To Earn Higher Troop Proceeds toggle arrow

Your troop may have some big plans for the year and could benefit from higher proceeds from the Fall Product program. Girl Scouts may decide they do not want the rewards and instead would like to earn the higher troop proceeds. Discuss with the troop as a whole - the entire troop must decide to either receive rewards or receive higher proceeds.

Troops who opt out of rewards will receive an additional fifteen cents per item on all products sold. Girl Scouts will still receive patches when earned. All program levels are eligible to opt out.

Quick Tip - Delivery Tickets toggle arrow

Delivery tickets will not be visible on the Troop Dashboard until after the council has submitted the entire order. (October 28, 2026) At that point, troops can click on the Delivery Ticket link, and sort for either a troop ticket to see the product you will receive from your community or print a ticket for each Girl Scout to know what to distribute to them.

Remember the quantities you receive will be to the unit - not rounded up to a full case.

A reminder - you will count and sign for your troop's product from the community. In turn, count what you distribute to each family and be sure they sign for the product they receive. Retain those signed slips. (print and use the delivery tickets by girl for signatures)

The Troop Finances reports will help you manage what your troop proceeds are, what your troop owes council, and what your Girl Scouts owe the troop for their products sold.

Remember, a negative number in the Balance Due Council row means your troop has been credited with online payments for product exceeding what you owe for in-person product. A reverse sweep will deposit those proceeds into your troop bank account automatically on or close to the same day as our regular ACH sweep.

The ACH sweep is scheduled for December 4, 2026. Collect payments from your Girl Scouts and deposit into your troop bank account in ample time to be available for this sweep. Submit an Alert Form if you have any families you are waiting payment from.- indicate when those payments will be complete on the form.
