The Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains has a long history of supporting and honoring the brave men and women who serve in the Armed Forces of the United States. More than 10% of our staff are veterans, and many of our members and their families are serving or have served.
To honor our veterans, Girl Scouts march in Veterans Day parades, write letters to active duty service members, and volunteer as Honor Flights greeters. We deliver donated cookies to the Pease Air National Guard and Pease Greeters in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, as well as the Vermont Air and Army National Guard units throughout Vermont.
Please join Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains' Operation Cookie and send a taste of home to those serving in the U.S. military. Through Operation Cookie 2017, we donated over 17,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to the troops. This year, we plan to top that, and can with your help!
You can donate full cases of cookies (12 boxes) for $60 per case. If you donate 5 or more cases ($300), we will label the cases with your organization’s name and a thank you to our troops. Feel free to send cards and letters and we will include them in our delivery. This is a unique way to salute the brave Americans who serve our country. Would you please consider donating a case or more?
On behalf of the more than 10,000 girls we serve in New Hampshire and Vermont, thank you in advance for your support. If you have served our country in the military, thank you for your service.
