Outdoor badge day in Vermont
Troop 51841 of Westford, VT, spent a day earning their outdoor badges. Belle Pfeiffer said an amazing group of really well-behaved little girls spent a hot day going through the requirements for camping and hiking. They learned about first aid from an EMT who volunteered for the day, created first aid bags, make trail snack, took a hike and saw a beaver pond and other natural wonders, learned to set up tents, and received their badges.
