Girls in second and third grades invited to Williston event
WILLISTON, VT — When there’s space for her imagination to grow, there’s no stopping where she’ll go. As a Girl Scout, your girl will dream big, belong to a sisterhood, and explore her world through hands-on adventures. With the guidance and support of caring adult volunteers by her side, she’ll grow, discover, imagine, and create.
Join us at a Brownie Badge Blast on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., where you will not just discover what Girl Scouting is all about, your second- or third-grader will participate in Girl Scout badge activities for the Animals, Citizen, Eco-Friend, Manners, Mechanical Engineer, and Life Skills badges, and leave with a list of her completed activities to continue earning those badges over the coming Girl Scout year.
Register by Sept. 16 to ensure your spot! Location in Williston will be revealed with registration. Cost is $10 for Girl Scout members, and $15 for nonmembers ready to see what Girl Scouting is like. A parent or guardian must attend if a girl is not participating with a troop.

Whether she’s climbing to the top of a tree or to the top of her class, being a Girl Scout will get her there. Because Girl Scouting isn’t just another activity—it’s a way of life. It’s who she is. Let’s get started!
