A weekend of winter fun awaits for Cadettes through Ambassadors! Enjoy trekking through the snow, snowshoeing, sledding, snow painting, ice candles, and more. We'll spend time enjoying outdoors in the winter and warming up with hot chocolate and fires!
Facilitated by GSGWM team member(s). Designed for troops or individuals with an adult chaperone. Lodging will be in the winterized buildings on a first-to-register basis. The first 24 participants will be in the Bunkhouse (bunkbeds with mattresses), and the remaining participants will be in the Recreation Building (mattresses on the floor). Saturday meals, a snack, & Sunday breakfast provided. This program requires at least 10 youth participants to run.
Adult chaperones should also register for this event to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints youth to adult ratios. All adults attending must comply with all GSGWM's policies and procedures. No prior adult outdoor training is necessary to attend this event.
You will receive a detailed confirmation including arrival details and a packing list by e-mail within two weeks before the program date. Check-in time is between 6-7 p.m. EST with programming beginning at 7 p.m. EST.
Registrations that can be accommodated after the registration close date will be subject to a $10 late fee per person.
