Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors earn your Think Like an Engineer
Journey through this self-paced online program. Use your imagination
to solve problems as you invent and build things that can be used in
the real world, such as an assistive device, more sustainable
packaging, and a kinetic sculpture. This program consists of five
weeks of online programming and one optional live meeting, November 6,
7:00 pm - 7:45 pm Eastern, to share with other participants from
around the country. Journeys are steppingstones to earning the Silver
and Gold Awards, the highest award older Girl Scouts can
achieve. Participants are invited to join a Virtual Journey Series
information meeting over Zoom on October 16, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Eastern.
Facilitated by GSGWM team member(s). Designed for troops or
individuals with adult supervision. Badge not provided. This program
requires at least 10 participants to run.
Adult supervision is required but adult registration is not.
You will receive a detailed confirmation including virtual
meeting instructions by e-mail within one week before the program
start date. Registrations that can be accommodated after the close
date will be subject to a $5 late fee per individual transaction.
