Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes come learn about horses! In this three hour program you'll learn how to approach horses, appropriate touching, safe distances, barn and horse safety, barn chores, paddock clean up, and have a scavenger hunt. You'll also get an intro to riding with mounted riding with a leader or side walker if needed.

Designed for troops or individual youth participants with an adult chaperone.
Adult supervision is required. Adult chaperones should also register for this event to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints : Safety Activity Checkpoints youth to adult ratios.
