Cookie Dough Information

Guidelines for Cookie Dough

Cookie Dough is an earned reward for each Girl Scout who participates in the cookie program and sells a minimum of 125 packages of cookies. Cookie Dough is earned per packages sold as follows:

  • 125-150 packages - $30
  • 151-170 packages - $40
  • 171-200 packages - $50
  • 201-225 packages - $60
  • 226-250 packages - $70
  • 251-300 packages - $90
  • 301-400 packages - $125
  • 401-500 packages - $150
  • 501-600 packages - $175
  • 601-700 packages - $200
  • 701-750 packages - $225
  • 751-800 packages - $250
  • 801-900 packages - $275
  • 901+ packages - $300

Cookie Dough will be issued electronically by email to the primary parent's email in May. The 9-digit code may be used when completing paper registration forms for membership or programs.

Cookie Dough for the 2018 season will expire March 31, 2019.

Cookie Dough for the 2019 season will expire March 31, 2020.

 

Where to Use Cookie Dough

Camp Registrations

Cookie Dough may be used to pay for camp program and add-on fees, excluding the $50 deposit per program. Cookie Dough codes cannot be used with online registrations. Please use a paper camp registration form and be sure to include the 9-digit code in the space provided. Cookie Dough may be applied to the balance due amount of the camp fee. Refunds will not be made once the bill is paid in full.

Destinations and Trips

GSUSA Destinations and Council Trips are fabulous opportunities for girls. Cookie Dough may be applied to these activities, and must be submitted prior to departure.

Girl Membership Fee

Girls may use their Cookie Dough to pay their $25 Girl Membership fee and $15 Council Service fee for the following membership year. Cookie Dough codes cannot be used with online registrations. Please use paper registration forms and be sure to include the 9-digit code in the space provided. 

Council Program Registrations

Girls may use Cookie Dough to pay up to 50% of the per-girl fee for Council-sponsored programs listed in the Program Guide. Cookie Dough codes cannot be used with online registrations. Please use paper registration forms and be sure to include the 9-digit code in the space provided.

Our Store and Trading Posts

Cookie Dough may be used to make purchases in The Mountain Top Shop and at most of our Trading Post locations. Cookie Dough may be used for all items except earned recognitions and to purchase gift cards. This year, ask about how you can transfer your GSGWM Cookie Dough so that you can shop online.
