BOLS training provides volunteers with the knowledge and skills to camp with their Girl Scouts in developed campgrounds and campsites and for multiple nights and cook full campfire meals and takes place Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30-8 p.m. All participants should have completed or plan to complete the Outdoor Adventure Workshop (OAW) training prior to this training (the OAW is available on gsLearn for free) and the BOLS blended learning online course which will be assigned to you in gsLearn after your register for this BOLS training.

Participants must attend both training evenings to become BOLS trained. This includes Tuesday September 15 5:30-8 p.m. and Thursday September 17 5:30-8 p.m.

Facilitated by GSGWM team member(s) or volunteer(s). Designed for adult volunteers and gratuating Ambassadors. A cookout dinner the second night is included. This program requires at least 5 participants to run.

A detailed confirmation will be sent by e-mail within one week before the program date, including in-person program details.

Registrations that can be accommodated after the registration close date will be subject to a $5 late fee per person.
