Enjoy a fun-filled week at Whispering Pines Day Camp- this year our
program theme is Flamazing Adventures!
Get ready to strut into a week of tropical fun, where Girl Scouts flock together for sunshine, silliness, and unforgettable summer memories! From creative crafts and flamingo-inspired games to nature explorations and group challenges, this camp is about standing tall, trying new things, and celebrating what makes each Girl Scout unique.
Campers will practice outdoor skills, hike, arts and crafts, simple cookouts, archery (for grades 2 and up), swim and boat each day at Spectacle Pond, make new friends and more. Each day will start and end with a flag ceremony and the week will include a cookout making lunch over a fire. Plan to bring lunch (except the day of the cookout) and snacks to enjoy- we will have two snack breaks to keep us fueled for the day.
Day camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Check-in takes place at 9:00 a.m. and check-out at 4:00 p.m. daily.
Select your session- based on the grades Girl Scouts completed as of spring 2026:
* General Campers - Grades K-5
* Program Aides - Grades 6-8
* Counselors-in-Training - Grades 9-10
Once you register for camp, you will receive more information by email from WhisperingPines@girlscoutsgwm.org
Facilitated by GSGWM volunteers and supported by GSGWM staff. Designed as an individual youth participant drop-off activity. Program fees include all programming and supplies, volunteer facilitation and supervision, one lunch cookout, site usage, optional bus transportation, and a whole lot of fun!
All summer camp programs include a non-refundable deposit of $100. Campers who are not yet registered Girl Scouts will have an additional $60 membership fee added at checkout and campers who are not registered Girl Scouts with GSGWM will have an additional $15 fee added at checkout.
This week includes bus transportation. There will be no additional charge to ride the bus. A full schedule of bus stops and times will be available no later than March 2026.
