Girl Scouts of all ages and their families, do you love State Parks? Come show that love to Bear Brook State Park on Sept. 18! Choose from 3 sessions happening throughout the day to discover all the park has to offer under the knowledgeable guide of Rangers from the NH Student Conservation Association. All participants (youth and adults) can receive a free Girl Scouts Love State Parks patch and an exclusive GSGWM Loves State Parks Sticker.
At 12 PM, you can make a nature journal to take with you on all your outdoor adventures, helping you keep track of animals, plants, and other amazing sights. If you can't make it at noon, join Ranger Logan at Catamount Pond after school (3 PM) for a frog-tastic time, where you'll get to learn about frog habitats, diets, and life cycles, as well as make your own frog keychain! If you like exploring a bit later, round out the night with a 6 PM presentation about animal footprints and how to identify them!
