Girl Scouts of all ages and their families, do you love State Parks? Come show that love to Miller State Park on Sept. 20! Join Ranger Calyssa from the NH Student Conservation Association to learn about one of New Hampshire's most marvelous natural events: the fall raptor migration. You'll get to either drive or hike up Pack Monadnock, then climb the Fire Tower, where you'll watch the raptors who are choosing September 20 to start their migration journey!
This program is facilitated by our partner, NH State Parks. Designed for families, troops, or individuals with an adult chaperone. Fun patch and sticker provided for all registered participants at no additional cost. No food or drink will be provided, please bring water and a bagged lunch/snacks. This program does not have a participant minimum to run.
How to Register:
Adult chaperones should also register for this event to meet the Safety Activity Checkpoints' youth to adult ratios. All adults attending must comply with all GSGWM's policies and procedures.
You will receive a detailed confirmation, including arrival details, by e-mail within one week before the program date. Check-in time is 10-15 minutes before the program start time.
Registrations that can be accommodated after the registration close date will be subject to a $3 late fee per person.
