Date: Thu Oct 29, 6:00 PM EDT - Thu Oct 29, 7:30 PM EDT

Bring your family and friends of all ages for a night of fun after the sun goes down. Come dressed in your Halloween costume and bring your flashlight for SWAPS, sweets, and stars. Family friendly costumes are encouraged for all no matter how big or small. Choose to decorate your car trunk or a camp cabin to add to the fun and enter the decorating contest for a chance to win a prize. This Trunk or Treat is open to all with a Girl Scout style twist- participants should plan to make SWAPS ahead of time to swap with other attendees- swaps can be camp or Halloween themed! Volunteers and community organizations without Girl Scouts of their own are encouraged to register to host a decorated trunk or cabin of their own to support the event.

What's a SWAP? It's a Special Whatchamacallit Affectionately Pinned Somewhere- in short, it's a mini craft on a pin that helps serve as a memento for meeting a new friend or attending an event. SWAPS often have a label or tag that shares the troop or individual that created it and the year or event name. Registration is strongly encouraged so we can let everyone know how many SWAPS to make and to let our trunks know how many treats to bring.
